Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct business process studies to understand client’s business functions for Human Resources Department
- Provide training and support to end-users for HRMS modules (E.g. Payroll, Leave, Timesheet, Appraisal, Training and Recruitment module)
- Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport
- Manage project till successful live run
- Provide presales supports for all sales activities including prospects requirement analysis, product demonstrations and other general sales support
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese so as to support Chinese speaking client
