- Evaluate tender documents and requests for proposals to gain a thorough understanding of project details and requirements
- Lead the QS team and oversee tender cost estimation responsibilities
- Deliver precise and comprehensive quantity and component take-offs in accordance with the specifications outlined in the tender document
- Accurately measure and assess work completed by subcontractors, ensuring timely payment responses and thorough evaluation of VO
- Prepare and submit detailed VO measurements to clients and consultants, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the process
- Ensure meticulous assessment of costs associated with all VO works

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the construction industry
- Strong technical expertise in measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts, and law
- Knowledge of PSSCOC and SIA is an advantage
- Effective team player
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
