Outlet Supervisor
Job Description
· Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
· Manage customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
· Supervise and coordinate staff, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
· Monitor and maintain the condition of rooms, equipment, and facilities.
· Manage inventory of equipment, food, beverages, and other items, coordinating restocking as needed.
· Review customer feedback and performance data to enhance service quality and business performance.
· Train and mentor new staff to ensure they perform effectively.
Job Requirements:
· Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or service industry.
· Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
· Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
· Problem-solving abilities for handling complaints and operational issues.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.
