Responsibilities:

  • Drive e-commerce growth by developing onsite sales and engagement campaigns
  • Provide analysis & performance reports including daily, weekly, and monthly, reporting of KPIs and recommending changes to improve performance as to achieve results.
  • Drive digital planning, adaptive marketing and agile practices that best engages the consumers.
  • Manage and constantly improve on the development and implementation of all e-commerce sites managed by the Company, including own e-commerce, marketplaces (Lazada, Amazon) and 3rd-party retailer sites.
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase site sales performance
  • Optimized UX/UI to improve user experience and increase sales conversion.
  • Explore new e-commerce features to capture the latest and newest trend of consumer behavior.
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to develop and execute optimization for product and brand content.
  • Define and develop KPI framework to measure and track KPIs and ensure growth effectiveness.
  • Evaluate e-commerce campaign and spend effectiveness to ensure positive ROI and recommend data driven learnings for future campaigns
  • Manage the e-commerce team and being responsible for the day-to-day operations aspects of the e-commerce platform including but not limited to user experience, order fulfilment, customer service and content creation.
  • Review the e-commerce team resources for skills training, career advancement and recruitment.
  • Manage off-shore Customer Care / e-commerce support officer who oversee responding to customer inquiries on live-chat and emails.

Requirements:

  • Possess degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in related field, of which 2 years is of managerial capacity.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing strategy.
  • Proficient in SEO, Woocommerce, Shopify, Wordpress.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ability to handle a small team.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
