
Personal Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant, preferably Chinese-speaking, to support our team at a leading financial advisory firm in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, particularly in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist financial advisors with client management and communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates, primarily.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for advisors.
Prepare and organize client documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information.
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for client meetings and presentations.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt responses in both English and Chinese.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent experience
Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant, preferably in a Financial Services environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential information.
