Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead and manage the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our system to meet client's accounting requirements. (The seniority of this role depends on the successful incumbent's experience)

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects while aligning with business goals. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead elven system implementation and optimization projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, set priorities, and define project scope.
• Customization Management: Collect the customization requirements from the client and communicate with internal teams (product and R&D), make sure both parties clearly understand the requirements and can solve the client's issue.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and proactively resolve them.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring that all teams can effectively leverage elven's capabilities.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize system performance to meet evolving business needs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure thorough documentation of system processes, project milestones, and key decisions, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Post-Implementation Support: Lead post-go-live support activities and troubleshooting, working with technical teams to ensure smooth system operations.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in consultancy, accounting, advisory, auditing or finance.
• 2+ years of experience as a project manager in industries such as financial services, consulting, or technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong academic background, ideally from a top-tier university.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and verbal, for seamless communication with global clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Web3 finance, Fintech finance or Big 4 firms.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems implementation or migration projects.
• CPA or equivalent accounting certification.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and crypto asset accounting.
