  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, cost control, and compliance with regulations
  • Lead and manage a team of project engineers in infrastructure and facilities planning & development.
  • Ensure adherence to government regulations, safety standards, and inspection requirements.
  • Monitor work progress, enforce quality standards, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers for seamless coordination.
  • Identify project challenges, implement corrective measures, and provide regular updates to management.
The Talent
  • Degree/Master's in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent (BCA-recognized universities preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the building/construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with proven people management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Team player with a results-driven approach, ensuring project completion within timelines.
