Key Responsibilities:
- Perform business development to acquire new clients
- Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms and networks
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, job and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in recruitment agency
- Excellant sales records in previous recruitment agency
- Have experience in 360 role
- Background in recruitment is mandatory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Driven by results with a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficient with recruitment tools and platforms
