Job Summary

  • To provide support to Relationship Managers on Wealth solutions
  • To supplement the onboarding and tools training for new RMs
  • To provide and organise regular updates to RMs on market updates, opportunities and risks in all related asset classes.
  • To work closely with Sales Team Managers various Wealth teams to provide Investment strategies and training to RMs
  • To focus on building up investment knowledge in the sales teams with a focus on junior relationship managers
  • To develop wealth platforms and sales tools, ensure execution and usage.

  • To build the Wealth knowledge and increase the RM skills and capability in the growing of Wealth.

Business

  • To drive the WM business against Wealth targets, including Financials, New to Wealth, growing Wealth AUM

Processes

  • To support the RMs on wealth tools and processes

People & Talent

  • Non people leader role

Risk Management

  • To have a good understanding of WM sales processes and policies in order develop programs to guide RMs

Governance

  • To have a good understanding of WM sales processes and policies to ensure compliance with governance and regulations.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Degree Holder in the fields of either Finance, Business, Economics or Banking with 2 years of experience in advisory role or similar capacity
  • 4years experience in Advanced Financial Markets & Concepts
  • Keen interest in and affinity for the financial markets
  • Good Understanding of Wealth products
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to articulate information, ideas and solutions to client (Other languages are a plus point)
  • Strong team player who takes initiative and detail oriented
