Work Days: 5.5 Days

Location: Across Singapore (as per assigned)

- Responsibilities
- Oversee and conduct thorough pest inspections and implement effective pest control measures for clients.
- Offer expert advice to clients on proactive pest prevention strategies and proper housekeeping practices.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered, including detailed treatment reports and actions taken.
- Develop tailored pest control plans that address the specific needs and concerns of each client.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain all equipment in optimal working condition, performing routine checks and upkeep as necessary.
- Safely operate the assigned company van, ensuring it is kept clean, secure, tidy, and roadworthy at all times.
- Assist other technicians as needed, ensuring smooth operations and team coordination.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Director.
- Participate in any necessary training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to pest management.
Requirements:
- 5.5 days work per week
- Preferred 1 year of experience working as a pest control technician / worker
- Valid NEA Vector Control Technician License or Vector Control worker
- One man show
- Class 3 and above Driving Licence
