Job Description
- Design, engineer and execution of next-generation network transformation solutions.
- Identifying and mitigating security risks within network architectures.
- Integrate network security products with Cisco ACI environments.
- Architect and deploy advanced Network Security across datacenters.
- Developing and refining company policies regarding network security.
- Guiding and mentoring network security engineers.
- Act as an escalation point of network and security issues (level 3).
- Ensure all security implementations adhere to governance frameworks and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
- Keeping abreast of the latest security systems and technologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of the network.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Atleast 12 years in Network security.
- Extensive knowledge of network architectures and security network.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network security systems.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security procedures.
- Worked on Firewalls, Intrusion Detection & Prevention Systems (IDPS), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Micro-segmentation, Web Proxies, and DNS Firewall Technologies.
- Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA): Worked on defining and enforcing access policies and validating users and devices before granting access.
- Worked on tools like Illumio or Guardicore within the data center and cloud environments.
- Handled Network Access Control (NAC), Aruba ClearPass ,DNS & IP Address Management.
- Worked on Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
