Electrical Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage electrical installation works at project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution of electrical works.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues on-site, providing effective solutions.
• Ensure all site activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of electrical works within budget and schedule.
• Lead and guide site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers in daily operations.
• Attend project meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders to address technical and operational issues.

Job requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience in site management, electrical installation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Email
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Team player with ability to meet deadlines.
