Seeking a highly motivated construction professional experienced in local residential landed housing and commercial projects .
Has a high level of commitment to get the job done, strong attention to detail and with good written, verbal communication skills to deliver objectives in a team-based setting.
- Work with the Consultants and project team members on the Authority submissions to statutory boards.
- Carry out work scheduling, cost control, project supervision and documentation to ensure timely and smooth progress of projects.
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of project to ensure that the works are executed and delivered on time to achieve successful project completion.
- Review and resolve with consultants on conflicts with architectural drawings and structural and M&E issues.
- Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors, workers and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues.
- Ensure industry quality standard is achieved and compliance to safety rules and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
