The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis of loans to real estate developers, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements, and liaising with various stakeholders to support our investment strategies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of loans to real estate developers and their underlying projects.
  • Monitor, execute, and book forward contracts as required.
  • Prepare, review, and file various loan documentation in compliance with accounting, tax, statutory requirements, and group policies.
  • Ensure adherence to all accounting, tax, statutory requirements, and group policies.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties including fund managers, bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretarial agents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with foreign currencies and forward contracts is advantageous.
