Job Title: Oracle Production Support Analyst (APAC)
Location: APAC Region (must be able to work on China's local time)
Please Note, Mandarin and English are required for this position.
Job Summary: The Oracle Production Support Analyst for APAC is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Oracle applications within the APAC region. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the stability and performance of Oracle systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support: Provide day-to-day support for Oracle applications, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance in the APAC region.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications, working closely with end-users and technical teams.
- System Monitoring: Monitor Oracle systems to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to address and resolve application-related issues.
- Incident Management: Manage and document incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with affected stakeholders.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as patching, upgrades, and backups, to ensure the stability and security of Oracle applications.
- User Support: Provide support and training to end-users, helping them to effectively use Oracle applications and resolve any issues they encounter.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, configurations, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle production support, with a focus on the APAC region.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle applications, including ERP, CRM, and other business modules. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
