About This Opportunity:

As a Practice Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Practice Development Managers (PDMs) on the execution of high-impact, revenue-generating in-clinic activities that boost awareness and drive engagement. By working closely with dental clinic staff, dentists, and orthodontists, you will ensure providers are well-equipped to seamlessly integrate Invisalign into their practices.

In This Role, You Will…

  • Organize and execute in-clinic activations:
    • Collaborate with PDMs and customers to plan and execute activities such as open days, staff training sessions, and promotional events designed to increase Invisalign adoption.
    • Drive all aspects of in-clinic activities, including aligning with customers on schedules and agendas, ensuring smooth logistics, and coordinating marketing and clinical support materials.
    • Act as the main point of contact for in-clinic events, ensuring clear communication and successful execution.
  • Support staff training initiatives:
    • Assist in the design and delivery of staff training programs to ensure they are equipped to effectively use Invisalign products.
    • Bring strong training skills to facilitate engaging, informative, and impactful training sessions, either in person or virtually.
    • Support the development of training agendas and provide valuable input on course content.
  • Engage with new Invisalign providers:
    • Help onboard new Invisalign providers by supporting them through events and training programs.
    • Drive follow-up activities to ensure new providers are fully equipped to adopt and succeed with Invisalign in their practices.
  • Empower clinics to drive success:
    • Work closely with PDMs to understand the needs of clinics, providing tailored support to help them achieve business growth with Invisalign.
    • Collaborate with customers to implement strategic solutions that improve practice efficiency and patient outcomes, ensuring long-term success.
    • Actively listen to customer feedback, focusing on their needs and challenges, and take initiative to address them with the support of your manager.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need…

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or equivalent experience.
  • A dental background is a plus, though not required.
  • A quick learner who is adaptable, flexible, and creative in problem-solving.
  • Training skills: Proven ability to effectively communicate and deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Interest in workflow optimization and implementation—able to identify and solve operational challenges, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate basic Invisalign product knowledge to both customers and consumers.
  • Results-driven with a strong follow-up mindset and a focus on delivering outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customer audiences.
  • A proven track record of executing initiatives in a high-performing team environment.
  • Role requires more than 70% presence in the field, including travels when needed, occasional weekends
