
Tender Manager [SCHR]
Are you an experienced and strategic Tender Manager ready to lead competitive, high-stakes bidding processes? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven professional to take charge of our tendering and bidding efforts for outsourced payroll and renovation projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting winning proposals, managing cost estimations, and driving successful project submissions from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Tender Management & Proposal Preparation:
- Take ownership of the full tendering process—from initial bid evaluation to final proposal submission.
- Analyze tender documents, break down key requirements, and craft winning strategies that set us apart.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather all necessary technical details, cost estimates, and project scope.
- Ensure timely, competitive, and compliant proposal submissions that meet all deadlines.
Master Cost Estimation & Pricing Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis to develop precise and competitive pricing structures.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to secure the best possible deals.
- Align pricing strategies with budget constraints and profitability objectives to ensure successful bids.
Negotiate Contracts & Assess Risks:
- Review and negotiate contract terms, always working to minimize project risks and maximize long-term benefits.
- Identify potential risks early on and provide practical solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and safety requirements in every aspect of the bidding process.
Cultivate Stakeholder & Client Relationships:
- Work seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and consultants to create strong, collaborative bids.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry partners.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates and reports on tender progress and results.
Drive Market Research & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay ahead of the competition by keeping up with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
- Continuously refine tendering processes to boost efficiency and enhance success rates.
- Implement best practices to ensure we remain competitive and innovative in the market.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in tender management, cost estimation, and project planning, ideally in the payroll outsourcing or renovation sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex contracts and mitigate risks.
- A sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of budgeting and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- A passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in tendering, contracts, or project managementin the renovation or construction industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of outsourced payroll, renovation project costs, materials, and timelines.
Analytical & Negotiation Skills: Ability to analyze tender requirements and negotiate effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for proposal writing and client interactions.
Detail-Oriented: Strong project planning and documentation skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and tendering software, GeBIZ, TenderBoard
