  • Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and workers, ensuring tasks are properly executed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work, adherence to project specifications, and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, material usage, and progress reports.
  • Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure the proper use of materials and equipment, reporting any issues to the site manager.
  • Provide guidance and support to on-site teams and workers.
  • Assist in implementing traffic management plans and other site safety measures.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction, with a focus on site supervision.
