Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage the Customer Service team, providing guidance, training, and support
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and enhance retention
  • Coordinate front-desk operations, including administrative tasks like data entry and classroom schedule planning
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Manage payment collection (Cash, Nets, and Credit Card) and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained across the facilities
  • Perform basic operational duties and manage ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Sales ability would be a bonus to support centre growth

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and oversee daily operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to commit to weekend shifts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Sales experience or ability would be a bonus to help drive business growth

Working Days & Location:

  • 5-day work week (able to work weekends)
  • Location: Upper Thomson
