
CENTRE MANAGER - UPPER THOMSON

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage the Customer Service team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and enhance retention
- Coordinate front-desk operations, including administrative tasks like data entry and classroom schedule planning
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolutions
- Manage payment collection (Cash, Nets, and Credit Card) and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained across the facilities
- Perform basic operational duties and manage ad-hoc tasks as required
- Sales ability would be a bonus to support centre growth
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and oversee daily operations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to commit to weekend shifts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Sales experience or ability would be a bonus to help drive business growth
Working Days & Location:
- 5-day work week (able to work weekends)
- Location: Upper Thomson
