- Support the Administrative Head and Academic Director in the day-to-day running of the Resilient Workforces Institute.
- Handle research administration activities including organising thematic Call for Proposals, looking after the post-award administration of projects, and assisting with the preparation of financial and progress reports.
- Assist with faculty recruitment and faculty administrative activities under the Institute.

- Degree with a minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (Diploma holders with minimum 6 years of relevant experience may also apply). Prior experience working with research administration or in academia would be advantageous.
- Broad administrative skills and a keen learning attitude. Able to provide administrative assistance across different functions of finance, procurement, project management, event management and general administration.
- Working understanding of general finance and procurement policies and processes.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively with various schools and offices .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills .
- Good spoken and written English .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adept at using cloud-based applications (e.g., Zoom, SharePoint, Web CMS, etc).
