At Aureus Group, we are looking for a competent Human Resources Executive to join our Internal HR Team that plays an essential role in our fast-growing company. The candidate will maintain and develop effective internal HR procedures, handle day-to-day employee-related issues, oversee on- and off-boarding of employees, strategically plan staff retention, oversee staff welfare plans, and keep performance of all departments at peak levels.
The candidate needs to be sensitive with the interpersonal relationships within the organisation, while always keeping an objective view in execution of policies and procedures set.
Key roles and responsibilities for this position include:
- Responsible for payroll administration, covering the full spectrum of payroll for staff and timely salary pay-out
- Process CPF calculation and submission
- Respond to employees' inquiries regarding payroll, allowances and CPF
- Liaise closely with HR Manager on any other allowances payment
- Manage all statutory submissions, payments, and processing of government claims
- Maintain HRIS system and work with system provider to ensure changes/updates are fully tested and implemented
- Forecast manpower cost and reports for management review
- Provide payroll-related information for internal and external audits
- Prepare all employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external use
- Process any tax-related matters for employees
- Complete relevant surveys as required by various government agencies pertaining to human resources
- Calculate and project foreign manpower quota balance & local manpower growth
- Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents
- Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation of the statutory requirements
- Liaise effectively with various departments within the team including the finance department to ensure proper execution of payroll and HR practices as required
- Manage teacher leaves, including sick leaves and annual leaves
- Execute all other tasks as instructed by COO
Pre-Requisites:
- A university degree in any discipline can be considered, preferably in the field of human resources management, finance or business administration
- Knowledge of MOM statutory requirements required
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred
- Strong organisation skills with attention to detail preferred
- Knowledge of pass issuance process for foreign employees preferred
