  • Supervise and manage daily activities related to road construction and ground foundation works.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures on-site.
  • Oversee and coordinate traffic diversion plans with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth traffic operations.
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor construction progress and prepare regular reports for the project management team.
  • Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain project quality.
  • Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant local experience in road construction, ground foundation works, and traffic diversion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board or equivalent qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as a Resident Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
