As a forward-looking company, we adopt state-of-the-art technology in our live streams where customers can experience novel formats of online shopping.

Job Scope

  • Work together with respective live hosts to gather information on potential products (including USP & marketing strategy) and plan the flow of the next scheduled live.
  • Upload relevant live product listings into respective live platform dashboards.
  • Support live host with written codes in the comment section & create excitement throughout the live.
  • Troubleshoot & resolve customer issues.
  • Provide customer service and sales support to customers.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Min. 2 years relevant experiences in logistics industry or international trade-related experiences.
  • Candidates with relevant working experience will also be considered.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi tasks.
  • Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player and committed to work.
  • Effective communication and co-ordination skill.
  • Bilingual individuals, proficiency in Mandarin, spoken & written will be required.
  • People person, friendly & customer centric.
  • Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate.
  • Able to work on weekends occassionally.
