Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant local experience in managing road and utility diversion projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board, or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for Resident Engineer registration. Alternatively, accredited as a Professional Project Director (PPD) by the Society of Project Managers.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven stakeholder management abilities.
