Requirements:

- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board, or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for Resident Engineer registration. Alternatively, accredited as a Professional Project Director (PPD) by the Society of Project Managers.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills and proven stakeholder management abilities.
