  • Identify potential risks and deviations from the project plan, providing solutions to address challenges and keep the project on track.
  • Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status and milestones.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant local supervision experience in planning stage diversions for road construction projects.
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for Resident Engineer registration.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and local regulatory standards.
