
Sales & Business Administrator

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a meticulous and versatile Sales & Business Administrator to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Billling and Invoicing
- Create, review, and send invoices to clients.
- Track payments and follow up with clients for overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding receivables.
2. Closing
- Transfer invoices with accounting team, and ensure proper tracking
- Help during financial closing to ensure all numbers are accurate
3. Reporting and Data Management
- Prepare and update financial and operational dashboards
- Generate detailed and accurate reports to support decision-making
- Help with any sort of consolidation, like carbon impact
4. Administrative and Project Support
- Office management, including logistics, vendor management, and planning
- Organize internal company events, such as team-building activities and seminars
- Provide administrative support for ad-hoc initiatives and ensure smooth execution of projects.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Detail-oriented and organized: You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality work
- Excel-savvy: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas, are a must
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting: You understand core concepts like payment tracking and invoice management
- Adaptable and autonomous: You thrive in dynamic environments and can manage multiple tasks and projects independently
- Personable and professional: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Singaporean Citizenship / PR
- Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance or accounting
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
- Open to part-timers
