Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit & Compliance Management:

o Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to financial regulations and ISO standards.

o Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.

  • Documentation & Record Keeping:

o Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance procedures.

o Ensure accurate record keeping and timely updates of policies in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Policy Implementation & Monitoring:

o Assist in the development and rollout of compliance policies and procedures.

o Monitor changes in regulatory environments and recommend adjustments to maintain best practices.

  • Stakeholder Coordination:

o Serve as the liaison between the compliance department and other business units.

o Provide training and guidance on compliance issues, ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to internal and external standards.

  • Specialized Frameworks:

o Utilize expertise in EduTrust and SSG frameworks to support specialized audits and compliance reviews, contributing to a holistic compliance strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in audit, documentation, and compliance with a focus on finance and ISO standards.
  • Proven experience or exposure to EduTrust and SSG compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in compliance management tools and MS Office Suite.
