Job Description
- Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, organization development and team member relations.
- Payroll (Timesoft software) and Claims/Leave (QuickHR software)Recruitment and onboarding process
- Participation in career fairs and company-organized events
- Administration of work pass & Grant applications and renewal
- Annual employee performance appraisal process
- Government surveys & employee tax clearance
- Review & update of HR policies
- Organization of employee events (e.g. celebrations, townhall)
- All other HR responsibilities as assigned by the line manager and/or Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource management or equivalent.
- Good Knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
