Job Description

  • Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, organization development and team member relations.
  • Payroll (Timesoft software) and Claims/Leave (QuickHR software)Recruitment and onboarding process
  • Participation in career fairs and company-organized events
  • Administration of work pass & Grant applications and renewal
  • Annual employee performance appraisal process
  • Government surveys & employee tax clearance
  • Review & update of HR policies
  • Organization of employee events (e.g. celebrations, townhall)
  • All other HR responsibilities as assigned by the line manager and/or Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource management or equivalent.
  • Good Knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
