Job Scope:

  • Overall responsibility for day-to-day operations and administration of HR functions such as on-boarding, off-boarding, maintaining employee records.
  • Perform monthly payroll processing. (Dealing with payroll vendor)
  • Liaise with payroll vendor for the preparation of IR8A/IR21 and necessary appendices for submission to IRAS for annual tax submission.
  • Provide administrative support for new joiners and leavers’ entry/exit administration.
  • Manage recruitment of interns for various departments.
  • Provide necessary support for employee engagement related activities.
  • Prepare and draft employment letters for potential selected candidates
  • To execute HR Employee Welfare projects & initiatives
  • To coordinate in Fun Club Committee events
  • To be responsible for any ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Relevant HR experience preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and understanding of HR best practices.
  • Possess good interpersonal and effective communication skill.
  • Good computer literacy skills with software like Microsoft/SAP and/or windows applications.
  • Willing to support after office hours although it's rarely happen
  • Prefer candidate with manucacturing working exps (Handle 2 times payroll per month)
