Enabling global flight, with passion.Maintenance Coordinator AssistantIn order to reinforce the team in Singapore we are currently recruiting for aPosition Summary:
  • This position will be responsible to support the Fleet Chiefs and Maintenance Coordinators on their duties. The MCA will work under the supervision of the MCs or FCs.
Description/Tasks:The support includes but is not limited to:
  • The review, updating and storage of all and any records in relation to the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft, and
  • The monitoring and updating of the computerized maintenance tracking tool, and
  • The preparation of the AMP revisions, and
  • Preparation of support documentation required for ARC extensions or renewal and C of A renewals, and,
  • Preparation of support documentation required for audits.
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Qualification/Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Fluent English
  • Any other language a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Aviation knowledge required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules when the operation requires
  • Two years’ related experience as aviation engineer or aviation maintenance planning required.
  • General understanding of aviation regulation
  • Excellent communications, customer service and people skills
  • Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
  • Strong self-direction
