Responsibilities:

• Manages and coordinates a team of drafting and detailing engineers, cost estimators, fabrication and project team

• Ensures proper planning and execution of projects to meet or exceed performance indicators in terms of quality and timeframe

• Oversees the planning of project operations and resolves technical and scheduling issues on-site

• Main point of contact and liaison between project teams and the client's representatives, consultants, and relevant authorities

• Review contract, design drawings, specifications, and bid documents

• Implement effective contract and claim management to increase the contractual margin and protect the Company against liability claims

• Site visits to review the progress of your job

• Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.

• Diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering

• Experience with fabrication and installation of structural steel and miscellaneous metals

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.

• Strong computer skills, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite Project setup
