Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement strategies for career development, skill enhancement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies.

2. Mobile Application Development

  • Lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless experience across web and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement interactive and visually appealing mobile interfaces.
  • Integrate IoT functionalities with mobile applications, ensuring smooth data synchronization and interaction with backend systems.

3. Technical Expertise and Project Oversight

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in frontend technologies, particularly React, React Native, and Flutter, providing guidance and technical leadership to the team.

  • Ensure mobile applications are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with backend developers, IoT teams, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth integration of mobile applications with backend services and systems.

  • Liaise with the quality assurance (QA) teams to ensure rigorous testing and timely releases.

5. Innovation and Research

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in mobile development, IoT integration, and frontend technologies, ensuring that the team uses state-of-the-art tools and frameworks.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • Relevant certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on mobile application development using React, React Native, and Flutter.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading a team of frontend engineers (preferably in mobile application development).
  • Experience with IoT integration and working with backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
