Learning Areas Our #PeoplePurposePossibilities internship will provide valuable exposure to how the Public Service incorporates leadership science and data-driven practices in leadership development, offering a unique opportunity for you to contribute and learn first-hand on the development and use of data products and insights in a HR setting. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience as a consulting-practitioner through the following: Leadership Science - You will learn how leadership competencies and concepts are leveraged to support leadership development policies, processes and decisions. Data Analytics - You will learn the end-to-end data workflow process including data cleaning, transformation, analysis and visualization to uncover insights to inform leadership development policies, processes and decisions.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are considering a career in HR and have a dare-to-try attitude to forge ahead to achieve outcomes.
