1. Providing administrative support in payment and procurement process.
2. Liaising with vendors and the Office of Finance on all invoicing and payment matters
3. Administering maintenance contracts and catalogues in Facilities Management System (FMS) and prevailing procurement system via coordinating Contracts unit in CAM and Central Procurement Office.
4. Preparing Schedules of Preventive Maintenance work in FMS and issuing Purchase Orders for the scheduled works.
5. Providing administrative support for FMS and liaising with NUS IT to trouble-shoot system errors where they occur.
6. Carrying out regular review of Open Purchase Orders for follow-up with the stakeholders.
7. Keeping track of CAM's assets and facilitating the annual asset verification exercise.
8. Assisting in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.QualificationsRequirements
Diploma/Degree in any field with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
