- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in contract and tender management within the construction industry, including experience with large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, processes, and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of contract law, tender processes, and legal considerations in procurement and project execution.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in contract management software and tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate contract terms, assess risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
