The ideal candidate has a solid background in HR consulting, followed by in-house experience at top-tier web2 internet companies. This role demands a leader with strong expertise in organizational diagnosis, organizational management, and OKR management—someone who can bring systematic, integrated thinking to our HR practices rather than a fragmented approach.Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance HR culture.
  • Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Provide strategic HR support to our software development teams.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand and address organizational needs.
  • Organizational Diagnosis & Management:
  • Conduct in-depth organizational diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement effective organizational management practices.
  • Ensure HR practices are systematic and aligned with overall business strategies.
  • OKR Management:
  • Oversee the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process to drive performance and alignment across teams.
  • Provide guidance on setting, tracking, and achieving measurable objectives.
  • Change Management & Employee Engagement:
  • Advise senior management on organizational design and change initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR strategies support overall business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Significant HR consulting experience followed by in-house HR leadership roles at leading web2 internet companies.
  • Proven track record in supporting software development or technology-focused organizations.
  • Deep expertise in organizational diagnosis, organizational management, and OKR management.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic and systematic thinker with the ability to drive integrated HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency (e.g., Japanese/Chinese/English) is a plus.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in HRBP or a related role, preferably within fintech, virtual/digital banking, crypto, or other fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in HR management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build strong working relationships with employees at different levels and backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Possess a spirit of teamwork, able to effectively manage teams and collaborate with others.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional ethics, able to handle sensitive information and situations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
