- Deep expertise in organizational diagnosis, organizational management, and OKR management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic and systematic thinker with the ability to drive integrated HR solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency (e.g., Japanese/Chinese/English) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience in HRBP or a related role, preferably within fintech, virtual/digital banking, crypto, or other fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build strong working relationships with employees at different levels and backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to make sound decisions in complex situations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing business needs.
