- Manage the overall process of AMS L1 on support on SCM (MM/SD) area ensuring smooth functional operations across APAC organisation.
- Work with Global Business Solution team, affiliate AMS team and System Integrators in SCM
- Support procures to pay (PTP), demand and supply planning functions.
- Identify gaps and related system needs, while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice by rolling out standard solution.
- Plan, Track, analyze and report solution progress to Business Solution manager.
- Monitor, review and resolve escalated issues relating to SCM area with RCA and CAPA processes.
- Lead a team of SCM AMS support professionals, providing mentorship and supports.
- Responsible for SCM support, SLA on Incidents, Problems and Change Requests, and provide intervention guidance and proactive solutions when required.
- Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements.
- Support planning, coordination and execution of workshops/trainings involving IT and end-users.
- Involve in project rollouts for SCM, PTP, IBP processes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in I.T, Computers or related field
- Minimum 5 years in SAP SCM (MM/SD) experience
- Experienced in managing the SAP support team/contractors for SAP SCM area.
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
- Business knowledge and process design skills in Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics.
- Experienced in system integrations between SAP systems, and with 3rd parties systems
- Team management and coordination skills for virtual, cross-cultural teams
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Experience working with geographically diverse teams.
- Collaborate well in cross functional matrix environment.
- Good problem solving, troubleshooting skills and able to work independently.
- Project management, ITIL and AMS team operation experiences.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage. Example, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai, Japanese, Korean etc
