What the role is:Head, Commercial LeasingYou will lead a team in the implementation and management of leasing strategies for a portfolio of commercial properties to optimise their uses for the economic and social development of Singapore.What you will be working on:Develop and maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to feedback/appealsDevelop deeper understanding of customer needs pertaining to space requirements and utilisation to enhance their experience and balance stakeholders' interestsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective leasing strategies for the portfolioFormulate and review leasing policies and processesManage the team's functioning to a high standard; ensure expedient follow-up on matters with proper documentation; and provide regular reporting to managementWhat we are looking for:At least 8 years of working experience in the real estate industry and prior experience in supervisory role will be preferredStrong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skillsMeticulous, analytical and drivenAbout Singapore Land Authority:The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore.
