- Proven experience in talent acquisition and talent development strategies.
- Experience in implementing AI-driven recruitment tools (e.g., HireVue, ZohoRecruit, Eightfold, Skillate) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational development and culture-building experience.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Willingness to engage with employees at various levels, including frontline staff at project sites.
- Willing to visit project site / dormitory management.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, particularly in cost-benefit analysis for HR initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and HRIS platforms.
- Willingness to work beyond standard office hours when necessary.
- Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 +AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
