  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What the role is:Get ready to embark on a transformative journey with HTX's newly formed xCode function, focusing on the organic in-house development of core software modules for the mission critical and sensitive systems. This new setup aims to achieve greater control, agility and responsiveness to evolving operation needs to the dynamic operating environment for software delivery. HTX is the world's first Science and Technology agency that integrates a diverse range of scientific and engineering capabilities to innovate and deliver transformative and operationally-ready solutions for homeland security. As a statutory board of the Ministry of Home Affairs and integral to the Home Team, HTX works at the forefront of science and technology to empower Singapore's frontline of security. Our shared mission is to amplify, augment and accelerate the Home Team's advantage and secure Singapore as the safest place on planet earth.What you will be working on:
  • Work alongside with the Principal Engineer in their respective areas of expertise (such as front end, back end, data management, QA & testing, etc), contributing to the design, development and implementation of technical solutions. • Support the execution of best practises, assist in troubleshooting complex issues, and ensure adherence to architectural and quality standards. • Collaborate with Product Teams to provide hands-on technical support, helping to translate engineering principles into practical, scalable solutions.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in software development, engineering, or related areas • Proficiency in programming, system design, testing, and DevOps • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen technical curiosity • Ability to adapt and work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team • Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce clear technical documentation All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
