The working atmosphere at SCD is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions. In this role, you will: -Leverage data analytics to conduct in-depth analyses of customer demand patterns and behaviour to drive business decisions -Analyse service centre workforce patterns, identifying opportunities to enhance operational resilience -Transform audio-visual data into actionable insights for service improvement -Work closely with stakeholders to introduce initiatives that would support the transformation of service delivery at service centresWhat we are looking for:We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings.
