- Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related subject. • Previous experience in quality assurance, quality management systems, or a related role. • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Project/Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain, to address quality concerns and implement improvements. • At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Quality Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance Management. • Prior experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management. • Prior experience in Project Management. • Prior experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance. • Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and frameworks. • Experience with quality audits and conducting internal or external audits. • Experience working in a Traditional and Agile/Scrum development process. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
