Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end project fulfilment processes from planning, sourcing, production, to delivery, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and that projects meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Collaboration with COO: Assist the COO in strategic planning and execution of business objectives related to project fulfilment and resource optimization to meet business goals.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead the Logistics, Procurement, and Contract teams based in Singapore to optimize supply chain, procurement, and contract negotiation processes.

- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team success and alignment with corporate goals.
- Factory Coordination:
- Collaborate with the China-based factory team and the GM to ensure timely, cost-effective production and delivery of goods.
- Monitor manufacturing processes, resolve operational challenges, and drive process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Oversee procurement activities to ensure optimal sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.
- Manage key supplier relationships and negotiations to secure favourable terms in line with company policies and budget requirements.
- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project delays, resource constraints, and other operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with international and local regulations, including contractual, logistical, and procurement standards.
- Business Travel:
- Regular travel to China and other locations to oversee factory operations, meet with suppliers, and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Recommend and implement strategies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive cost savings across project fulfilment operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project fulfilment, logistics, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering or steel or EPC industries.
- Experience in leading and building teams, with a proven track record of managing projects and coordination with international teams.
- Prior experience in working with teams based in different geographical locations is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in contract management, logistics coordination, and vendor negotiation.
- Ability to handle complex projects and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Experience with ERP systems and other supply chain software.
