- Align with regional stakeholders on client engagement model to drive deal throughput
- Responsible for the scaling of EFX use cases/solutions
- Advocate for EFX products and initiatives with clients through consultative selling, in collaboration with Visa sales teams
- Inform EFX product strategy by developing in-market viewpoint and advocating for client needs internally
- 8 years of professional experience in payments, banking or payment processing, having performed productization or solutioning in client-facing roles. Experience in modern card-scheme, instant ACH solutions, and cross border account payments preferred
- Knowledge of regional market, competitive landscape and related dynamics
- Deep knowledge in consumer, business and merchant banking and according payments flows and systems. Visa and retail payment industry knowledge as well as P2P, B2C and B2B market experience is a plus, but not required
- Skilled at client conversations and can clearly articulate technical solutions
- Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way
- Understanding of mobile, API and service-oriented architecture
- Ability to see through business problems and create technical solutions to address the client needs and end user demand. Consultative product solutions experience within an enterprise or financial services environment
- Organizational and leadership abilities to influence, negotiate and drive results
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and proven track record for successfully commercializing technology products that delight customers
- Strong empathy for customers and understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
