- Banking experience required.
- Knowledge of Employee Relations policies, practices, and philosophy.
- Risk and control mindset; ability to conduct investigations following protocols.
- Apply technical knowledge and business acumen for appropriate solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and trends quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including emotional intelligence, for sensitive inquiries.
- Experience in a global, matrixed, and complex business environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective influence across all levels, partnering with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with Excel, Business Objects, and Qlikview, with a desire to use data and analytics for insights and process improvements.
- Fluency in Chinese is strongly preferred, as the role involves working with clients in China.
