- Coordinate and manage all aspects of a learning program end-to-end: consulting, conceptualizing, organizing, and executing with excellence.

- Iteratively improve and enhance program quality and efficiency over time.
- Track the tangible bottom-line business impact of those programs.

- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
