- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in innovation and/or digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of leading and implementing large-scale digital projects and fostering innovation within an organisation. • Strong understanding of the latest digital trends, technologies, and methodologies in the context of public service delivery. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse groups. • Experience in strategic planning, organisation development and/or project management is a plus. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
