  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  • Review all tender documents and drawings to fully understand project requirements
  • Prepare cost estimates as required for tender submissions
  • Compile and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Assess and clarify quotations from suppliers, ensuring a detailed scope of work is covered
  • Liaise with clients to clarify discrepancies between tender documents and drawings
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible offers
  • Prepare measurement sheets and assist in quantity take-offs when required
  • Develop and organize all tender submission documents
  • Revise tender proposals based on addendum documents issued by the client
  • Follow up on tender status with main contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Attend tender interviews with clients, deliver presentations, and address their queries

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in tendering and cost estimation in Singapore
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and tender documents
