Responsibilities

· work with business users to:

o map their existing process flows

o identify opportunities for streamlining and automation; and

o design automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath RPA software

· build the solution using Power Automate and UiPath, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards

· write unit and integration tests for the solutions built

· carry out user acceptance tests (UAT) with business users

· perform maintenance tasks including bug fixes, change requests, and software upgrades

· write and maintain documentation following pre-defined templates/forms. This includes:

o risk assessment

o process design

o solution design; and

o code review checklist

· responding to tickets and service calls (office hours, additional allowance will be provided if willing to cover weekends)

· support the lab for in-house roadshows to promote the use of RPA (2 - 3 times/year)

Requirements

· Diploma or degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline. Candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience will also be considered.

· Certifications in UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification or UiPath RPA Developer Level 3 Advanced Training.

· At least two years’ experience building solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath. Candidates will be required to undergo technical assessment.

· Be able to work independently to prioritise work tasks and ensure timely completion.
