  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

Welcome guests to the venue

Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists

Handle reservation arrangements

Usher customers to assigned dining or bar areas

Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences

Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner

Maintain a clean host area

Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries

Assist wait staff as needed

Engage and build a relationship with the customer to create a memorable experience for the customer

Arrange the seating of customers

Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant

Working hours: from evening until 3-4am / 5 or 6 days a week.

Requirement

Fun and bubbly

Previous work experience as a Hostess preferred

Understanding of restaurant etiquette

Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Experience in managing reservations

Demonstrable customer-service skills

Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)

Strong organisational skills

Singaporean only
